Where are you located?

Our Spring and Fall Consignment Auctions are located at the Muscatine Co. Fairgrounds 101 N. Clay St. West Liberty, IA 52776. The main office is located inside the Cattle Pavillion.

Hay Consignment Auctions are located at 2088 Atalissa Rd. Atalissa, IA 52720.

How do I register to bid?

A clerk will be located onsite to set you up with a bidder number. A valid drivers license is required.

What are your terms of sale?

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers should rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Auctioneer disclaims any warranty regarding merchantability of items purchased at auction.

The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If you are unsure, you should inquire with the auction staff or do not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you are evidenced to be the successful bidder. Our auctioneers will not honor “Mistakes”.

The bidder becomes solely responsible for items purchased immediately following their winning bid. Therefore, you are advised to further guard your items at your own discression.

The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All purchases must be paid for in full, the day of the sale, regardless of when the items are removed. We accept Cash, Credit Card (5% fee accessed) as well as personal check with proper ID.

How long do I have to pick up items purchased?

Items must be picked up with in 14 days of the auction. If items are not picked up, they become the property of Eastern Iowa Auction Co. Contact Donovan Yoder directly to schedule item pickup outside of hours stated during the auction.
